The Power of Play Lunch is an annual fundraiser supporting Greentrike programming. Children and youth learn best through play; it’s a natural and innate way for them to explore and answer their questions about the world. By sharing this message about the importance of play, we can better foster and celebrate natural learning tendencies. The POP Lunch brings together caregivers, business leaders, elected officials, and community members who want to positively influence the lives of children and youth.
Join us as we welcome Andy Lloyd, Consultant to the Leeds City Council. During his work with Child-Friendly Leeds, Andy has strived to transform his city into a more compassionate place with young people at its heart. We look forward to hearing from Andy about our community’s role in creating a child and youth-centered Pierce County.
Doors open: 11:30 a.m. | Event: 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.
Lunch tickets: $55 each or $550 for a table of 10.
