Support Play for the New Year

Help us give expand access to play at the Children’s Museums of Tacoma and at JBLM

Together, with your help, we can expand access to our Museums for children and youth across Pierce County.

Every dollar you donate will go towards supporting operations at the Children’s Museums of Tacoma and at JBLM. Our museums are Pay As You Will, which means admission is completely donation based.

With every $12 that you donate you are providing access to one guest in our Museums. $12 is the amount that it costs to maintain daily operations at our Museums.

Will you join us and invest in play for children in our community?

Help us give Museum memberships to children and families in the foster system

You can help support play for foster families this November, the month of gratitude and giving.  Together, with your help, we can provide 100 memberships to the Children’s Museums of Tacoma and at JBLM for foster families of Pierce County.

Every dollar you donate will go towards supporting access to play for children and caregivers of foster families.

Our goal is to raise $12,000 by November 30 to provide 100 memberships for foster families.

Why we support children and families in foster care

Our past membership recipients

It was a great resource for indoor & interactive play with my children. Donations serve families like mine who are serving the community in a fundamental way by providing loving, nurturing & playful care to foster children.

It’s awesome!! It makes it possible for foster children to experience the love of science and learning in a fun environment.

My foster children love going to the museum. They have never seen anything like it. They spend hours there and never get tired of it. There is always something new to see and they love it! Our foster children have never been to a museum. This place is the “most awesome” place they have ever been. They can explore, learn and experience things they have never experienced before.
